WHO WE ARE
We aren’t messing around. We work hard, we communicate with our clients, we litigate. Our clients are people, and we talk to them like people--we’re people too. We listen. We research. We talk when we know the answer. We use technology. We ask questions. We don’t give up. We get results.
Bennett Hirschhorn received his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Wisconsin, Madison (1992) and attended law school at the Oklahoma City University, School of Law (1997). During college and law school, he clerked for several high-profile criminal defense attorneys and used his technology skills to solve problems in numerous cases.
After Law School, Mr. Hirschhorn founded a tech start-up and created Wireless Westlaw in partnership with Motorola and West Publishing. In 2000, he was hired by IBM as a wireless technology specialist.
For the next 15 years, Mr. Hirschhorn held solution architect and director positions at IBM, Oracle, and Infor. In 2007, he passed the Tennessee Bar.
In 2016, Mr. Hirschhorn decided to leave technology and practice law full-time. Today he passionately advocates for clients in the fields of family and real estate law. He also performs some low-bono work for those who cannot afford the full price of representation.
